Meet the Team

 

Principal Investigator/Medical Director:

Michael A. Cromer, MD has been a principal investigator in clinical trials for over 18 years. Dr. Cromer is double boarded in Family Practice and Addictionology. Dr. Cromer has extensive experience in handling the medical needs of his patients particularly in the areas of cardiovascular, endocrine, mental health and behavioral medicine. He has been the principal investigator in multiple trials including hypertension, diabetes, migraines, depression, osteoporosis, COPD, osteoarthritis, erectile dysfunction, and pediatric vaccines.  Dr. Cromer through Tampa CLinical Research has been involved in pivotal clinical trials resulting in FDA approval of multiple medications including Tekturna (aliskiren), Eliquis (apixaban), Victoza (liraglutide), and Ixiaro (pediatric) Vaccine for Japanese Encephalitis.
 

 

 

 

 

Director of Clinical Research:

Carol B. Cromer, MBS, MA founded TCR out of the desire to bring excellent, state-of-the-art clinical research to the community setting. She holds a graduate degree in Pharmacology, specializing in drug development in the area of behavioral medicine.

 

Andrew Cromer, MD, oversees all sub-investigators, staff, and patients. Dr. Andrew Cromer has been involved in research for over 8 years.
We have two full-time research coordinators.  Both are CCRC certified with an average of 11 years experience between them. They are dedicated to their patients, helping them understand more about their health problems and treatment options.
